BOOKING CONDITIONS
Deposits
A deposit of £25 per person is required within 5 days of booking to
secure your reservation. Deposits are not refundable in the even of
cancellation.
Holiday Insurance
We strongly advise the purchase of Insurance Cover, whilst away on
holiday. Details of a suitable policy will be provided upon booking.
Arrival Time
Rooms will be available after 4.00pm, unless by prior arrangement.
Payment
Please note that we DO accept credit cards, but we will be happy to
accept your cheque.
Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10.30am on day of
departure.
Should you decide to book your holiday with us, please telephone to
check availability of dates, and then complete and return the booking form.
We regret that we can make no reduction for meals booked, but not taken.
Rickerby Grange has a Full
Residential Licence.
